1. Data we collect

Account data: email and/or Telegram ID, profile name, settings.

Content: your profile, posts and chat messages — stored to provide the messaging service.

For creators: identity verification (KYC) data is processed in a protected environment and is never published.

Payments: processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card details — only token transaction records.

Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, event logs — for security and diagnostics.

2. Why we use it

Operating the Service and settlements; security and fraud prevention; user support; product improvement (aggregated analytics); compliance with legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

Payment providers — to process top-ups and payouts; the verification provider — for creator KYC; infrastructure vendors — hosting and media storage; public authorities — only upon a lawful request.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Client anonymity

Clients may use a pseudonym. We do not publish clients’ real names, addresses or contact details.

5. Retention

Data is kept while your account is active. After account deletion, data is erased or anonymised within a reasonable period, except for records we must keep by law (e.g. transaction records).

6. Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, delete your account and object to processing — in profile settings or via support.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have GDPR rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies (session, interface language) and privacy-friendly visit analytics. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (TLS), staff access is restricted, and KYC data is isolated from other systems.

9. 18+ only

The Service is not intended for minors. Discovered accounts of minors are deleted together with their data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be announced inside the Service.
