Refund Policy

Payments inside MIRA are made in MOM tokens. Below is when and how funds are refunded.

1. Balance top-ups

Top-ups are credited instantly. A top-up refund is available in case of a technical failure, double charge or unauthorised payment — contact support within 30 days of the transaction.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, net of non-refundable provider fees, and usually take 5–10 banking days.

2. Gifts and requests — escrow

Tokens for a gift or request are charged immediately but held by the platform until delivery. If the creator fails to deliver within 72 hours, the tokens are automatically refunded to your balance in full — no action needed.

If content was delivered but materially does not match the request, file a complaint with support within 72 hours of delivery — we review such cases individually.

3. Chat subscriptions and sponsorships

Access is activated immediately after payment, so unused periods are not refunded.

Exceptions: prolonged unavailability of the Service caused by us, or the creator being banned before the end of the paid period — in these cases a pro-rata refund in tokens is possible.

4. Free trial

The first 15 minutes of chat with each creator are free and require no payment.

5. Chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please contact support first — we resolve most cases faster.

Knowingly unfounded chargebacks are treated as fraud and lead to account suspension.

6. How to request a refund

Write to support@mira.app with your account, the date and the amount of the transaction. We reply within 2 business days.
