Terms of Service

1. What MIRA is

MIRA is a platform for paid online communication and digital content: chats, posts (“Moments”), stories and personal content commissions from verified creators.

MIRA is not a dating service, an escort service or an agency. The Service does not arrange offline meetings and expressly prohibits using the platform to offer or seek any offline services.

2. 18+ only

The Service is intended exclusively for adults: you must be at least 18 years old (or older where the age of majority in your jurisdiction is higher). Creators additionally pass mandatory identity verification (KYC).

Accounts of minors are terminated when discovered.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep one account per person and never share access with third parties. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity in your account.

4. MOM tokens

Payments inside the Service are made in MOM tokens — an internal unit of account. Tokens are not electronic money, securities or an investment instrument, bear no interest and can only be used inside the Service.

You can top up with a bank card, Telegram Stars or cryptocurrency — payments are processed by third-party payment providers. An indicative rate (1 MOM ≈ $0.10) is shown at top-up.

Withdrawals are available to verified creators only, under the payout policy.

5. Paid features and escrow

Paid features include: chat subscriptions (messaging access for 1/7/30 days), sponsorships (monthly access to Basic/Premium/VIP content tiers), gifts and personal content commissions (requests).

Gifts and requests are protected by escrow: tokens are held by the platform, and if the creator fails to deliver within 72 hours they are automatically refunded to your balance.

The first 15 minutes of chat with each creator are free, once per creator.

6. Community rules

The following is prohibited: offering, requesting or advertising offline meetings or intimate services; any content involving minors; coercion, threats or harassment; publishing other people’s personal data; circumventing the Service’s payment system; spam, fraud or impersonation; any illegal content or activity.

Violations lead to content removal and account suspension, and — where required by law — to disclosure to law enforcement.

7. Creator content

Creators retain the rights to their content. By publishing, a creator grants MIRA a non-exclusive licence to store and display the content inside the Service and warrants holding all necessary rights.

Users may not copy, record or distribute paid content outside the Service.

8. Moderation

We may review profiles and content, limit their visibility, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Reports are handled by the support team.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for the actions of users or creators.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MIRA’s aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy published on the site.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes inside the Service; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.
